One off examination/assessment of the abdominal wall post pregnancy.
Service Description
Our bodies change a lot from the moment we conceive, throughout pregnancy and beyond, so it is a good idea to have an assessment of your body, in particularly your abdominal region to assess the state of the tummy muscles, so that the required exercises can be done to improve or correct any postpartum misalignments of the abdominal wall and also begin to improve strength of the tummy muscles in general after its 9 months of expansion. In a Postpartum MOT, your abdominal wall muscles will be accessed for any separation, a number of exercises will be performed to assess how your core structure operates under each movement. At the end of the session, some recommended exercises will be discussed with you to follow on your own.
