Fiternity is all about coaching, supporting, motivating and encouraging women into fitness, and that includes new mama's and mama's to be. We are pre + post natal fitness trained, safely and effectively coaching you throughout the trimesters of your pregnancy and beyond - helping you to get back into shape post pregnancy. 

 

Fiternity helps you to reach your fitness goals and objectives helping you to develop that body confidence that will leave you walking with your chest up high.

Where do fiternity operate?

We operate virtually anywhere!

However, if you prefer face to face coaching, we operate in and around the South London and surrounding areas. Give us a shout and we will let you know if we cover your area.

When do Fiternity operate? 

​

We understand that no two people are the same when it comes to preference on the days and times of the week that people want to exercise. We also appreciate that many women lead a busy lifestyle, whether that be an active social life or juggling family life or just being heavily engrossed in both. So we are available 365 days of the year, running sessions from 6am through to 8pm.
