Fiternity is all about coaching, supporting, motivating and encouraging women into fitness, and that includes new mama's and mama's to be. We are pre + post natal fitness trained, safely and effectively coaching you throughout the trimesters of your pregnancy and beyond - helping you to get back into shape post pregnancy.  Fiternity helps you to reach your fitness goals and objectives helping you to develop that body confidence that will leave you walking with your chest up high.

We operate virtually anywhere!

However, if you prefer face to face coaching, we operate in and around the South London and surrounding areas. Give us a shout and we will let you know if we cover your area.

WHEN We Operate?

​

We understand that no two people are the same when it comes to preference on the days and times of the week that people want to exercise. We also appreciate that many women lead a busy lifestyle, whether that be an active social life or juggling family life or just being heavily engrossed in both. So we are available 365 days of the year, running sessions from 5.30AM through to 5PM. â€‹â€‹

I became a Certified Fitness Trainer in 2009, specialising in Pre+Post Natal Fitness. As a Women's Fitness Trainer , I am passionate  about helping, motivating and encouraging women into meeting their fitness goals and objectives. I facilitate a number of live online workouts, group exercise sessions as well as one on one personal training sessions. I work around your lifestyle, so exercise is never a 'maybe I'll fit it in' but 'it's time for my session. I will attend'. One on one virtual sessions make it even easier than ever to make fitness an essential and fun part of your day.​

I take my clients requirements seriously. I work vey closely with my clients to devise a fitness program that is sure to deliver outstanding results. 

 

Making the decision to work on, and improve your personal fitness can be challenging, especially when dealing with the demands of a  hectic work life, full on family life or just a busy life in general!  It requires commitment, strength, dedication and determination, and together we will get you achieving your fitness aims and objectives, whether that be Weight Loss, Body Strength, Toning, Body Confidence, Postpartum Physical Health or just general improved fitness.
